If that's their reasoning then they are putting the wrong drivers in the cars. Very few people are ready to go for championships in two years, but they never seem to get more time until they get replaced.
Kimi just wants to race, and hates the business side. As a driver he is as good as anyone, as a person he comes across as rude and arrogant, but that's a matter of opinion.
