At Williams (they having been in F1 for such a long time) there were many a good move (I remember a lot of these so called good moves) they nearly all had something in common and that’s called the ending. Some of these so called good moves brought successes to Williams but when they did there was always that denominator called money flow. Unless that denominator returns to Williams they can hire one hundred Pat Symonds but still will not bother the top teams at the front. And a warning to those that will jump head first on all the above, do not make the mistake and compare Williams situation with the 2013 mclaren one off situation.
