The times show nothing to me, all of Ricciardos runs were strictly controlled by Pirelli and had plenty of fuel judging by the lack of speed compared to when they were at Silverstone 2 weeks ago, Sainz time isn't really impressive when you realize the times are a couple of seconds off the pole time. unless you work for Redbull or Pirelli you really don't have much idea what program they are doing.
