cassyo, after the last austrian gp the track fell into disrepair. red bull bought it with a view to turning the track into a private test facility just in time for the in-season testing ban to be brought into force. since then, red bull have extended the track and brought the facilities up to the standards required of a modern f1 track. i don't really see any haters, just plain facts.
