Recipe for a great grid in 2014 in this fan's eyes-
Red Bull - Webber retires, Ricciardo in.
Ferrari - Massa retires with dignity, Kobayashi in.
Lotus - Keeps Raikonnen, drops Grosjean like a sack of the proverbial, Hulkenberg in.
Mercedes - get a grip (get it?) on tyre degradation, retain drivers.
McLaren - get a competitive car, retain drivers.
Force India - Mallya out, retain drivers.
Williams - Maldonado out, ANYONE else in. Really, anyone will do. Algersuari, perhaps.
Sauber - Don't care, just pay them! Susie Wolf, maybe. Just coz.
Torro Rosso - Retain Vergne, check out da Costa.
The rest - just not pay drivers with no real prospects of going further in F1. Pay drivers are ok, so long has they have the talent to back their purse - no more Maldonado situations, please.
