I agree that F1 is a team sport. But some individuals makes the differences. Yes with all the money they have, Ferrari can lure other great drivers to Alonso's seat like Hamilton, Vettel even a Raikkonen's return. But would they be the same as Alonso? I mean would Red Bull be the same without Newey? Is McLaren the same without Hamilton? We can pose hundred of questions like these. I know that Ferrari is very important for this sport but I just don't like the arrogance of such rich men like Montezemolo.
