A little off topic, but just wanted to add when I keep hearing about Newey leaving or another Newey.
I don't believe there is another Newey out there, not to say that someone isn't capable of building multi Championship winning cars, but as dominant as Newey, probably not.
In all fairness, the playing field will probably be leveled when he takes permanent gardening leave.

I say it was Head's influence, that screwed over Williams. Newey seen what he had done, and he wanted team shares. Frank said no, and when that happened, he chose to leave for McLaren in 97 .. mid season .. and was put on gardening leave by Williams. McLaren quickly benefited from Newey's design and with Mercedes power that opening round in Adelaide was just a joke.
