Prior to Massa's accident he was as fast as anyone out there and faster than most. I think with Alonso's arrival during his rehabilitation years that really undermined his confidence and I don't think he will ever get it back. And I believe that Ferrari did a very good job of helping and supporting him during that period, most teams would have retired him off ages ago so although I am not a Ferrari supporter, I take my hat off to them for that. And Massa has always been a pleasant person when interviewed so I think that the unpleasant and derisive comments about him are uncalled for. Just my opinion.
