Daniel is not ready, and may only be 85% of what they need at his very best. He does not deserve the seat just because a few years ago he was chosen to drive an STR. Kimi would be a good match for Vettel, but I am not convinced Kimi would enjoy the pressure Vettel would put him under - and when Kimi feels put off his driving suffers, while Vettel just digs deeper. Alonso? Not a chance for so many reasons it's not worth reflecting on - but mainly because he is a horrible team mate when he feels he is being treated as less than the center of the known universe. I'd personally like to see Vettel and Rossberg together at Red Bull. Nico is the most under-rated driver on the grid, would be a real step up from Weber in challenging Vettel. The pair would chew through the points to deliver IRB the WCC they so covet, and give us loads of opportunities for exciting races.
