I'd like to see Nico put his head down, work hard and ignore his illustrious team mate. As the most under-rated drivers on the grid, he has a choice - Either step dig in and take it all, or become classified as a second chair driver - from which there seems no recovery in F1 (Massa, Weber, et al). The secret to moving up grid is out-focusing and out committing the team mate and those in front - not wishing and hoping for better luck, or following career crushing team orders. SV has shown the way, time for Nico to step up, or accept his plight as a supporting player, by his own failing to take what is his.
