I would have thought that something like selecting the correct gear ratios for a particular track was pretty regulation stuff, the fact that they got it wrong suggests that their " we know how to win mantra" is currently very misplaced. In addition the car is still way of the pace despite three quarters of the season having passed. One can only hope that some heads roll soon and if the Saturday Telegraph's story that Whitmarsh overuled the majority vote to have Hulkenburg in the team and that RD is rather less than impressed with Whitmarsh's running of the team rather suggests that that person might just be Whitmarsh. Certainly somebody needs a large kick up the rear end after the shambolic season they have just endured.
