Might be interesting to see what he can do at Lotus or Sauber. Being in Alonso's shadow at Ferrari wasn't doing him any favors, now he can do something like Lewis did and (hopefully) get a decent ride where hes not playing the perpetual #2.
Felipe Massa was never cut out to be a #2, hopefully he gets a year or two more under his belt doing something more interesting than letting his teammate go past him.
