In a way Paul is lucky that FI dropped off in form so much, cause it makes it harder for Sutil to make up the points deficit he incurred at the beginning of the season.
As always, Paul's relative performance compared to his teammate(s) has decreased dramatically in the 2nd halve of the season and Sutil has had the better of him in the last few races, however with FI's form at the moment it's only enough for 1 or 2 points every race.
Even then I wouldn't be comfortable betting serious coin on Paul ending the year in front of Sutil in the general classification.
I wonder what FI is going to do next year. So far they've been remarkably loyal to their drivers but not announcing anything yet makes one wonder.
