I've seen serious flat spots causing deflations before but a de-lamination? There's still something seriously wrong with the construction of these tyres and I hope it's sorted out for next season. Imagine the weight of a de-laminated tread with bits of metal and all sorts sticking out of it hitting a driver in the face at 180mph.
