@Monty It is not really sandbagging now, just what fuel the teams are running and when. They have to set the car up for the race as well as Quali, so can have 5kg or 155kg of fuel depending on which they are up to, or something in-between. Having said that, I do not see it being their weekend, McLaren look quick and the weather, variable. Going on what happened in the Bahrain Snoreathon, rain could turn it into a real lottery.
