@ Barry Wilkinson and some others. Don't be stupid This is the 3rd of April NOT the 1st If its declared a dry race they will start on dry's Read the rules and think before making wild posts.

i think they are allowed to change tyres if the conditions are different as this formula 1 website says "At the start of the race each car which took part in Q3 must be fitted with the tyres with which the driver set his grid time. This will only be necessary if dry-weather tyres were used to set the grid time and if dry-weather are used at the start of the race" i think they can change tyres
