Sebastian Vettel remains quickest at the end of the second day of testing in Barcelona
Full lap times as of 5pm local time and the end of the second day of the four-day test at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona.

They should have walked last year as well and didn't. They proved they could let others in the mix with their constant errors. This team still doesn't know how to handle themselves.
