I think the only times which are a benchmark are those of Torro Rosso, we know they are just faster than the bottom 3 teams and on par with Force India, Williams and Sauber at most grand prixs last year. Seeing where they are gives a good impression as to what fuel loads, tests and sandbagging others are doing.
