rob. i agree that vergne is highly impressive and deserves a seat, i have been wondering about the timing. then i remembered, there are NO regs concerning these tests, so cars can run without rev limiters and other mods are also allowed. i mean, look at birds times in the merc. he could replace nico or schumi! there is also the state of the track, temperatures etc to be taken into account. so maybe we should be a little cautious about the times.
