McLaren and Ferrari both had data gathering equipment on their respective cars today, which aren't exactly going to help performance. I would be massively surprised if they are 3 seconds off the pace. Massa spent a large part of his afternoon on pitstop practice too, I think people are reading too much into the first day.

Welcome back Iceman!!! I know it's only testing but it's good to see Raikonen at the top and even better to see Di Resta in second, he is showing his class, I hope it carries on during the season! Wonder what McLaren were doing I don't want to see Jenson down in ninth for too much longer!!!
