victor. no i didnt say that they were not sandbagging, nor did i say they were sandbagging. i pointed out that they were testing various set ups, and times meant nothing. there have been upgrades to the bull, ferrari and mclaren. the bull is now in racing configuration, but i do doubt that they will go out to try and set fastest lap, as they need to perfect the final set-up. we may see a fastest lap from them tomorrow, just to demoralise the opposition. further, you will see that i was not dismissive of ferrari. but i would agree that there has been NO deliberate disguising of performance
