F1 Canadian Grand Prix: Starting grid

Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton head another all-Mercedes front row in Montreal, while Kamui Kobayashi takes a five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change. Esteban Gutierrez meanwhile is required to start from the pit lane after his chassis was changed following a crash in FP3
