Yeah I'm not denying it has been a bad year I am trying to explain to Albertswift who complains everytime an article comes up about Hartley and has all these huge digs at him that it is down to Carlin and there poor Euro series team. Just look at how bad his team mate has done who is rated pretty highly (apparently).

When he is in a competitive car up against Charles Pic, Oliver Turvey and Alguesuari (all of whom are seen as future F1 drivers) he is right back amongst it and competing very well against them despite only being in the car occasionally

Red Bull have even admitted it was a mistake to choose a team so new to Euro F3

hmm Hartleys performance in euro f3 this year has been poor to say the least.red bull switching him to the less competative wsr which he has performed reasonably well in is getting a bit desperate

Once again albertswift, the man with no knowledge, has another personal attack on Hartley.

Everyone knows (except you clearly) that the Carlin F3 Euro team is rubbish. It is no conincidence that as soon as he is in a competitive car in WSR he is right at the front and outpacing a Renault development driving who has been with the same car and same team for 2 years. WSR is a higher level of racing with cars lapping much closer to GP2 times compared to F3

Not to mention constantly faster than Alguersuari who runs full time in the series and is supposively a formula 1 driver

At no point did I say competition wise. I am talking about performance wise with lap times

OK, it is difficult to see that Hartley has had anything other than a bad year.

Passed over for Alguersauri (and his millions) for F1, not really performing in F3 and dipping in and out of FR3.5.

It is nothing personal i have against Hartley i am sure he is a nice lad.It is as i have explaied before the fact that red bull (or any sponsor for that matter) spends so much money on one driver when beaten by not one but two team mates.Anyhoo if your man was that good he would perform irespective of weather or not he is in a new to euro f3 team or not.Carlin are a very experienced team regardless. His WSR team are a Championship winning team 2 years in a row so by your estimation he should perform well.Lets not forget he has only missed 4 races and the pre season testing and is only in 15th place in the championship. Not suprising Alguesuari got the STR drive is it ?
