Bumper field revealed for 2010 British F3 season

Yeah, it's hardly a bumper entry but all things considered it's not bad for the present climate. Triple 8 are also supposed to be entering at some point. There were only 19 cars this time last year, and the F3 Euro Series looks like only having 13 cars. If that folds as rumoured in 2011, British F3 should be stronger next year. Meanwhile the supposedly superior F2 is desperately signing any old driver including Plamen Kralev and an Indian film star, and GP3 has most of its seats still empty... so altogether British F3 is doing well. :)

British F3 has heritage and is almost as much of a 'euro' championship as the official euro one, so will still attract entries and long may it continue! I personally can't wait to be standing at the side of the track at Oulton a week on monday!

I agree that 21 cars is OK considering the world recession, and is in much better shape than some championships, but it's clearly not 'bumper'

I've just moved next door to Oulton, so with my free 'residents' circuit pass I too will be looking forward to Easter Monday!
