Gustav Malja is preparing for a one-off drive for the Eurointernational team in the FIA European Formula 3 championship this weekend in Pau.

The Swedish driver will use the event as preparation for the Formula Renault 3.5 round on the street circuit of Monte Carlo, which he will contest the week after Pau with FR3.5 squad Strakka Racing.

Malja will jump into the recently-vacated race seat which had been lined up for Marvin Kirchhofer, but he turned the opportunity and chose to run a full season solely in the GP3 Series.
