Felix Rosenqvist has bagged a hat-trick of pole positions at Monza for the fourth round of the FIA Formula 3 European Championship.
The Prema Powerteam driver has given himself an excellent opportunity to close the gap on his championship rivals after losing ground to leader Antonio Giovinazzi and Charles Leclerc in Pau two weeks ago.
Earlier in the day the Swede bagged pole for race one at the Italian circuit and was able to hold on to his top spot for race two and three this weekend.
For race two rookie Leclerc will join Rosenqvist on the front row, with home favourite Giovinazzi in third.
British driver Jake Dennis, who notched up two victories last time out in Pau before being denied a treble due to a mechanical fault, joins Giovinazzi on the second row.
Mikkel Jensen rounds out the top five and is joined on row three by his Kfzteile24 Mucke Motorsport team-mate Santino Ferrucci.
Brandon Maisano starts from seventh with Matt Solomon, Lance Stroll and Markus Pommer completing the top ten positions.
