Mikkel Jensen has re-signed with Mucke Motorsport for a second consecutive campaign in the FIA European Formula 3 championship.

The 21-year-old Dane who is backed by Mercedes enjoyed a successful rookie season in Euro F3 last year by taking two rostrum results, both at Monza, along with a single pole position in race two at Spa to finish ninth in the drivers' standings.

With a number of 2015 title contenders stepping up into different racing series this year Jensen will be keen to push further on this year. Jensen opted to stick with Mucke Motorsport despite testing with Hitech Grand Prix and Van Amersfoort Racing.

The Danish driver joins 15-year-old David Beckmann in Mucke's 2016 line-up with a number of young racers still to confirm their plans for the new season.
