Hulkenberg targets Masters defence.

Nico Hulkenberg will hope to successfully defend the F3 Masters title as the cream of the Formula Three crop head to Belgium this weekend for the annual non-championship event.

Hulkenberg secured victory at Zolder last season and is only the second driver to return to defend his title for the 2008 running of the race.

The Williams F1 tester currently lies second in the Euroseries standings and is just a point behind Edoardo Mortara going into the non-championship event.

"I'm looking forward to the Masters and to racing at Zolder," he said. "It's one of these 'old-school' circuits where racing is particularly big fun.

"My motto for the coming weekend is clear: Maximum attack. I absolutely want to win the race a second time."
