Playteam expand Maserati entry for Mugello.

The number of Maseratis on the grid when the FIA GT Championship resumes duties at the Mugello circuit in Italy, will expand to three after Scuderia Playteam announced they would be supporting the two works entries at their home round.

Currently competing in the Sara GT and the International GT Open Series with both a Maserati MC12 and a Ferrari 430, Scuderia Playteam already have Italian GT2 and Spanish GT Championships under their belt, despite only been founded last year.

The car will be piloted by Finn Toni Vilander, who returns from competing in the American Le Mans Series with Risi Competizione, and Italian Giambattista Giannoccaro.
