RC back to strength with Salaquarda

RC Motorsport will return to a full strength driver line-up for the third round of the World Series by Renault at Monaco after agreeing terms with Filip Salaquarda.

The Czech racer comes to the team having gathered experience of competing in the Formula 3 Euroseries, A1 GP and the Le Mans Series over the years. Salaquarda will also race in the Formula Master Championship this season too.

For Salaquarda, the opportunity to broaden his repertoire at one of the world's most renowned events was too good an opportunity to miss.

“I'm very pleased to have reached an agreement with RC Motorsport and would like to thanks all the team to have given me this important opportunity. The Monte Carlo race is one of the highest profile races on the WS calendar, as well as F1, so I couldn't miss this great chance that will increase my experience.

“I am confident to adapt the car to my needs and to be competitive. My main goal is to achieve a positive result to thanks all the team and all my supporters.

RC Motorsport has persevered with just a single machine for Pasquale di Sabatino in the first two rounds of the season, the Italian performing well to score in three of the four races so far.
