Duran back on the podium.

Salvador Duran was frustrated to have made an error during his pit-stop that prevented him from claiming his second World Series by Renault win of the season at Barcelona, but was nonetheless pleased with another podium.

Duran led from pole position but lost out to Miguel Molina when they went head-to-head in the pit lane, the Interwetten Racing crew unable to turn their driver around quicker than the Pons Racing team.

Still, while Duran admits he made a small error during his stop, he was pleased to have recorded his fourth podium of what has been an otherwise inconsistent season.

"This weekend we changed certain things on the car and we managed to put ourselves back at the forefront of things. We missed out on the win because I made a slight error during the tyre change."
