Moreau heads penalty list.

Guillaume Moreau, Fairuz Fauzy and Miguel Molina have felt the wrath of the World Series by Renault stewards after all were penalised for having caused avoidable accidents in the first race of the weekend at Silverstone.

Moreau is the biggest loser, the sixth place finisher been given the equivalent of a drive-through penalty after the race in the shape of a 25-second penalty.

Given after colliding with Robert Wickens, the Frenchman duly slips to 13th place on the final classification, therefore allowing Briton James Walker to score the final point in tenth position, while Bertrand Baguette, Julien Jousse, Marco Bonanomi and Wickens all jump up a place too.

Molina and Fauzy have been given grid penalties for the second race after their part in incidents too. Ironically, although Fauzy's indiscretion happened early in the race, Molina's is for later colliding with the Fortec driver in a separate incident.
