Pierre Gasly secured his second podium finish of the year in Motorland, Aragon for Arden Motorsports.

Following his podium celebration, the Red Bull junior was quick to praise his team, noting that their competitive pit stops kept him in the hunt for positions.

"It was a good race. The team did a fantastic job on the pit stops, which let me close in on Pietro Fantin", he said. The Brazilian, Fantin, would later finish race two down in twelfth place and outside the points.
