Facu Regalia has made a last minute switch to British squad Comtec Racing for his debut in the Formula Renault 3.5 series, after Zeta Corse pulled out of the season opener in Aragon.

The 2013 GP3 runner-up has confirmed he will contest the full 2015 season in a Dallara car with Comtec Racing and his race engineer has joined him at the Norwich-based team.

Regalia says he is looking forward to the challenge and hopes to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Carlos Sainz, who graduated from the series into Formula 1 last season.
