The 22-year-old Roman won this year's Italian Formula 3 Championship, with six victories and five pole positions to his credit, and impressed BCN during a 'test prize' at the end of October.
Nocera will make his 2008 debut during testing at Paul Ricard and Barcelona, in February and March respectively.
