Lotus ART's Jules Bianchi has been given a five place starting grid penalty, following his part in causing a crash at the start of the Barcelona sprint race last Sunday.

Yes that really was a rediculous move and I'm not just saying that because I'm Dutch. Bianchi ran straight into vd Garde after already having touched right before. It looked like one of those Schumacher moves to simply intentionally crash someone out. Really silly mistake by Bianchi and not his first either. He's clearly very fast, but lacks a little racecraft.

They'll probably both rue the points lost come the end of the season.

it's about time they started clamping down on this type of thing, you see it in f1 as well, one move after the start and during the race, and no moving back for the braking zone should be the rule.
