Arden International have signed Johnny Cecotto Jr. to drive for the team in 2013, with the young Veneuzuelan hoping to be even more successful that Luiz Razia was in 2012.

Cecotto obviously isn't a pay driver in the Serenelli sense.But he's a lucky guy to have had all that Venezuelan business support to allow him to grow into Gp2 over 4 years,when many equally as talented people don't even get 1.
From a purely nationalistic point of view,support from British companies seems to very hard to come by -even when the world isn't gripped by recession.
Even Calado might be stacking shelves if it wasn't for the admirable Racing Steps Foundation.
But very few things in life are fair and equal,so there's absolutely no reason why motor racing should be any different I suppose.
