The GP2 and GP3 Series race calendars have been extended to accommodate an additional round in Bahrain.

The Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir will host an extra event one week before the season finale in Abu Dhabi and will run alongside the final round of the FIA World Endurance Championship, the 6 Hours of Bahrain, on the 19-21 November.

Both the GP2 and GP3 paddocks will then take the short trip to the Yas Marina for the last round of the year the following weekend.
