GP3 race winner Patric Niederhauser is set to make his GP2 debut this weekend at Monza as a stand in for Nathanael Berthon at Daiko Team Lazarus.

Niederhauser, who finished 10th in the GP3 Series last year, will team-mate Sergio Canamasas who is also acting as a stand in at Lazarus for the injured Zoel Amberg.

"I am extremely happy about my debut in the GP2 Series in Monza with Daiko Team Lazarus next weekend," Niederhauser said. "I'm ready for this opportunity. It will be an enormous challenge with many new challenging things.
