We already have Formula 3 (Various National championships, & the F3 Euroseries), Formula Master, Formula Palmer, Formula Renault (all very similar), so how does this additional 'one make' championship fill a gap. This only dilutes an already extremely over-crowded area of racing.
It's great that spectators attending the Europena GP's will get to see an extra race, but surely this could have been Formula 3, as in the past.
The FIA do not have ultimate control over F3, but they do with this new championship, & they also do with Formula 2 (mainly on the WTCC bill). This is all very controlling, & dare I say 'anal'.
