Imola – Qualifying times

Dams' Romain Grosjean bounced back from a troubled morning practice to claim pole position for the GP2 Asia feature race, fending off Sam Bird and Michael Herck for the top spot.
Romain Grosjean claimed GP2 Asia's first-ever pole position at Imola, proving to be one of the fastest drivers from the start of the session despite missing an earlier practice session, but he found Sam Bird's time a near-impossible target to beat until the final seconds of the session.
