Silverstone - Qualifying times

Rain meant that anyone who had not set a good time in the opening minutes of Friday afternoon's qualifying session will have to start from down the grid in the Saturday feature race.
Drivers and teams scrambled to set fast times before the weather closed in and deposited more rain on the already sodden Silverstone circuit, with Lotus ART's Jules Bianchi's early lap of 1:58.531s one of only six times under the two minute mark and the best time of anyone in the 30 minute session.

Alvaro Parente will start alongside him, while Romain Grosjean put up the third fastest time of the afternoon but still start from 13th after he serves a ten-place grid penalty for causing an avoidable accident in Valencia.

Fabio Leimer missed setting a 107% time before the rain and will have to be granted special dispensation to start the race from the back of the grid, while Kevin Mirocha did not take part because of a shoulder injury and will miss the race weekend.
