Barcelona - Test times - March 6

Venezuela GP Lazarus's Fabrizio Crestani posted the fastest time of the day at Barcelona in the first of three days of pre-season testing.
Venezuela GP Lazarus impressed with the fastest time of the morning in testing at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, posting a lap of 1:29.420s.

That was just faster than Max Chilton, who set the fastest time of the afternoon in the Marussia Carlin car with a lap of 1:29.479s.

Giancarlo Serenelli joined the test in the second Venezuela GP Lazarus car, while Ricardo Teixeira and Sergio Canamasas turned out for Rapax. Ocean Racing Technology called up British driver Jon lancester amid reports that he had been signed by the team for 2012.

Arden's Luiz Razia contracted a bug and had to leave the test after only managing an early installation lap.
