Sepang - Friday practice

Jolyon Palmer made the most of softer medium compound tyres to put iSport at the top of the timesheets in the first GP2 practice session of the 2012 season.
iSport International's Jolyon Palmer was top of the timesheets in Sepang on Friday morning with a lap of 1m 46.514s.

DAMS' Davide Valsecche was second with a time just 0.164s off Palmer's best by the time the chequered flag came out, and Carlin's Max Chilton was third fastest.
