Jerez - Test times - November 23

Arden driver Johnny Cecotto Jr. was the fastest man in both the morning and afternoon sessions, on the final day of GP2 post-season of 2012.
Arden ended the final day of post-season testing in 2012 with its driver Johnny Cecotto Jr. going fastest in both the morning and afternoon sessions. His best time of the day was 1:25.694s, which was set before the lunchtime break and was 0.025s faster than Felipe Nasr in the Carlin. Nasr did not take part in the afternoon session as he was flying to Brazil to attend the F1 Grand prix.

There were two red flags in the morning session for spins from Rapax's Daniel Juncadella after 90 minutes, and for Simon Trummer in the Caterham an hour later. In the afternoon, Venezuela GP Lazarus's Kevin Giovesi caused a stoppage 75 minutes into the session for his car to be recovered after suffering from mechanical issues.

The first time that the teams will assemble in 2013 will be on February 26 for the first of three days of pre-season testing, again being held at Jerez. The teams will move to the Circuit de Catalunya for a further three-day session at Barcelona the following week.

The first race of 2013 is expected to be at Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia on March 23-24.
