Canadian driver Kevin Lacroix picked up his second top-four result in his past three starts in the #25 Walker Racing entry, while Dutch racer Junior Strous completed the top five in the #6 Condor Motorsports/Team Holland car.

For the second consecutive race, Tom Sutherland earned a new career-best result, taking sixth in the #88 Brooks Associates Racing entry to top a previous high of eighth from last month's race at Trois-Rivieres. Greg Mansell also earned the best result of his Atlantic career with seventh for Walker Racing, and took the bonus point for gaining the most positions from start to finish, moving up four spots from 11th on the grid. New Jersey native Frankie Muniz matched his best result of the season in tenth.

Points leader Bomarito, meanwhile, could only finish ninth for Mathiasen Motorsports, while title outsider James Hinchcliffe finished outside the top 15 for the second consecutive race, taking 16th in the #3 machine for Forsythe/Pettit Racing. The Canadian fell off the lead lap after spinning and making contact with the #19 car of Dane Cameron early in the race and ended up finishing two laps down. As a result, Hinchcliffe dropped from third to sixth in the point standings.
