Good news, no doubt.

The next piece of good news for the IRL should be the announcement of a new TV partner. Versus is not available in most of the country - that is simply unacceptable.

Great news!

A1GP is down the drain and F1 is in complete turmoil. Time for IndyCars to get back to their world prominence like back in the CART days. Where's Nigel Mansell?

Autoweek is saying "The deal is estimated to be between $15 million and $20 million annually for the next six years". $120M+ deal? Very nice.

I'm surprised getting a series sponsor took so long. Lots of history with IndyCar, CART/ChampCar racing. The Indy 500 is still the largest single sporting event in the world.

IZOD (and IndyCar) will benefit greatly form this relationship.
