Fantastic news.

I for one will be following his progress with great interest. It's so good to have Taku racing again after such a long time on the sidelines.

This is great news for the IndyCar Series, & it's Formula Ones' loss.

So the Brazilian publication that leaked this info last week was right.

I'm a bit surprised. I thought Sato would end up on deFerran's new team, and KV would go with Moraes and Viso. I wonder where Viso will end up at?

BONZAI! Should be interesting.

Ohhhh Yess! I cant wait to see Sato on an oval, one of the most entertaining grand prix drivers to watch ever. Hopefully he still uses his Kamikaze style of driving!!

JD - True, a Bonzai is a tree. But sometimes crazy, mad (kamikaze) moves are sometimes referred to as a Bonzai move.

I look forward to Sato on the track again. KVRT has been progressing really well, and he will have a good car. It will be very interesting to see how he performs against the rest of the grid. His first big, super fast oval will be a real eye opener for him.

An interesting comment from Sato on Racer dot com. "I went to last year's Indy 500 and if you stand in the middle of oval at turn one the cars scream past you at 360-370 kph and into the apex the car just slides. It felt really scary to watch it. It was a big shock."

Wait till he drives at Texas! As Doornbos said, "this is mad!"

Should be fun.
