Will Power all the way.

There was at leas t 2 races at which Franchitti should have been penalised. The last one being Motegi for causing the crash they should have sent him to the back of the pack, and there was one other one.

Poor officiating. They should hire road course veterans and experts to officiate road course races.

Hey Boss B - Obviously you were not been paying attention to the Indycar season....Dario was sent to the back of the pack at Motegi and he was not penalized in Toronto becuase NO ONE was penalized in Toronto. You can not single him out for a penalty just because he is Dario.

While Will dominated the road/street courses, he was average on ovals. Will needs to get his emotions and temper in check if he want to win.

It take consistency on all track types to be Indycar Champ and that was Dario.

Will Power gets my vote. If you look at how many times he was taken out by someone else (even his own team mate) he should have beaten Dario easily. Dario was quick as always but I think Will has his measure now. Maybe not quite on ovals yet but he is catching fast.Rahal and Hunter-Ray also had some really good drives through the season.

Dario was not sent to the back of the pack at Motegi. the officials said that they did not penalize him because he pitted for repairs and ended up in the back anyway.

But he should have gotten an official penalty. Will was penalized during one other race.

Had Franchitti been penalized at Motegi and since the results of Las vegas did not count. I think Will Power could have been champion.

Boss B - Once again you are wrong. Dario was penalized by officials in Motegi. Once he pitted for repair he came out ahead of several drivers and was told by officials to move to the back of the grid...mind you it was only a couple spots...but it was still an official penalty.

A stiffer penalty in Motegi would not have made a difference in the championship standings. Even if Dario had a DNF in Motegi, he still would have gotten 10 points rather than the 24 points he received....that is only a 14 point swing. Will P would have been 4 points too little.
