Michael Shank's fledgling IndyCar team has released Jay Howard from his contract for this month's Indianapolis 500, as the lack of an engine deal becomes a critical issue.

I had no idea it was this hard to take part in 'The Greatest Spectacle in Racing' - that's the Indy 500. That's 2 drivers and teams out in as many weeks.

Terrific, this kit car kitcar/less now! series run by bimbo's with no TV time for most races. Lucky to have 33 cars, nine carpet baggers. RENT a RECKER's or rent A riders for this years race. No ticky,no laundry. Chevy, build more motors for this long ago American Classic race. ALMS, Sebring 12 hours, real cars,real racing, not ugly kit cars like Daytona prototypless & IRL. Terrable TV for most IRL & ALMS because of greedy owners / mangement. Save the MIAMI MARINE Stadium.
